Step 01 Before detox

Before starting a detox, it is recommended to gradually change your eating habits over two to three days to avoid shock to the body due to a sudden change in diet. Instead of meat, dairy products, caffeine, alcohol, refined sugars and starchy foods, introduce more raw foods into your diet with a focus on fruits, green leafy vegetables and nuts. It is also important to gradually increase your water intake. People with diabetes, chronic diseases or special health conditions should consult a doctor before detoxing. The same applies to those planning a detox for longer than 10 days. Pregnant and breastfeeding women are not recommended to do a detox due to specific nutritional needs.

Step 02 During detox

During the detox, consume juices on average every 3 hours or when you feel hungry. Since each individual's needs are different, it is important to monitor how your body feels and adjust the order of juice consumption as needed. Although we usually do not recommend consuming solid foods during the detox, you can include vegetable soup if necessary. Given the importance of hydration in the detox process, it is essential to drink water in addition to juices. During the detox, rest your body, relax with light activities such as yoga or meditation, and try to sleep in optimal conditions - in complete darkness.

After completing your detox, continue to eat a balanced diet that is recommended – lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, whole grains, legumes, and quality sources of protein.
